It's very easy!  Once you purchase the modification you want, we will email you the address to send your console to.  If your mod needs a kit sent along please be sure to include it.

It all depends on the mod.  Some of our mods come with all needed parts, some of them have the option for you to send it in or get it from us, and a few you have to send (we do not offer parts for those mods).  

Every listing is clearly labeled so you know what is needed and what your options are.

It all depends on our current workload, but the majority of mods are done within 2-3 weeks.  Please keep in mind if we need to order a kit or parts for your mod that could delay the completion as we obviously have to wait for the parts to arrive.

We offer a 60 day warranty on all mod work and the original workings of every console we sell.  We are not able to offer warranties on any external mod kits or parts, that is handled in different ways by the manufacturers.

Please understand that we share the same goal in providing you a quality modded system to enjoy and we will do everything within our ability to accomplish that goal.

We STRONGLY recommend against drop shipping consoles to us as we have no idea what shape it is in.  We recommend you purchase a pre-modded console at that point as we have been able to quality check everything. 

We only need the console, no wires, controllers, or games are needed.

You sure can.  The only thing to note is that while do our best to source consoles of a good quality, a lot of these are decades old and there may be some cosmetic imperfections.  We do clean and refurbish every pre-modded console as well.

Please note that premodded consoles are built to order and normally are subject to the same 2-3 week wait time as standard orders.

Yes we do, but the answer it that it is very situational.  For repairs you can send your console to us before we can assess and quote repairs.  There is a $50 diagnosis fee, which goes towards your repair if you decide to proceed.  Even if you decide not to proceed you are responsible for the shipping charges to and from our facility. Please email us and check to make sure we can take the item before sending anything in.

We have done restorations of select rare systems including arcade machines but these tend to be very pricey.  Just send us a message and let us know what you have.

We work with the Long Island Retro Gaming Expo, a yearly convention that celebrates classic gaming in Long Island, NY.  We have had a number of people ask for assistance in repairing / restoring historical pieces and sometimes these owners have them shown off at the Expo as part of the historical exhibit.
