The NES Toploader is region free and has a better design so that the cartridge connector will not wear out with repeated use. However, it only outputs RF video and audio. This modification lets you use normal composite video and audio out for a better picture and easier connectivity. An SNES style port is added to output composite video and audio. If you wish to sue any higher quality output, please see the NESRGB listing.
