OpenFC Power/AV Board

This is a mod board for providing composite video and improved power and audio for use with the HVC model Famicom. It can also be used with a GPM famicom, but there is slight overlap with the mainboard due to being sized for HVC. Please see the design page in the documentation for what to expect from this board. 

This board is an original design which backports an SFC-style power and audio circuit with a THS7314 for composite output. When used with OpenFC mainboard, it can largely eliminate jailbars. For stock, it can be a drop in upgrade, but some jailbars will be present (midpoint between RF and elimination). You can also attach bypass mods or NESRGB to the bypass pads.
